We released one album and expected the universe to quietly confiscate our privileges. It did not. No adult appeared with a clipboard. No streaming platform asked us to please calm down and think about what we had done.

So here is Island Bass Emergency, which is what happens when the first mistake works well enough that it starts looking like a process.

This one leans into the coastal side of the studio pile: bass lines, salt air, family weather, late-night debugging, and the suspicious confidence that comes from realizing a collection of songs can become an album if you put them in order and fill out enough forms.
